EULA - End User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a binding legal agreement between you (either an individual or a legal entity) and SZ Studio, the corporate parent of SZ Studio. By signing this EULA OR by downloading, installing, accessing or using any SZ Studio software product you will be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, SZ Studio is not willing to license any right to use or sublicense any software product to you. In such event, you may not download, install, access, use or copy any SZ Studio software product, and you should promptly contact your provider for instructions on how to obtain a refund of fees paid by you, if any.

As used in this EULA, the term “SOFTWARE PRODUCT” refers to any and all of the following SZ Studio software products, including all associated media, printed materials and any “online” or electronic documentation: SZ Dialy Plan Manager.
